Overview

  1. User agreement
    Regulates the general terms of use of the Platform, the rights and obligations of Clients and the Company.
  2. Offer contract
    It occurs at the moment of client registration. It determines the order of acceptance, payment, and provision of services.
  3. Privacy policy
    Determines the order of processing personal data in accordance with GDPR. Establishes the rights of data subjects and the obligations of the Company.
  4. Cookie policy
    It establishes rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies. It provides for user consent and the right to refuse.
  5. Quality policy and lead replacement
    Regulates the conditions for declaring a Lead inadequate and the procedure for its replacement. Establishes limits on replacements depending on the tariff.
  6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
    It is emphasized that leads cannot be used for spam, resale, or illegal activities. Sanctions are imposed for violations.
  7. Price list of tariff plans
    Determines the cost of services and features of the tariffs: Start, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Market Maker.
  8. List of lead topics
    Formalizes the directions of Leads: legal services, cruises, fintech development, and others.
  9. Refund policy
    Establishes the conditions for refunding the unused portion of the tariff, exceptions, and the procedure for submitting refund requests.
  10. Anti-Spam Policy
    Enforces a ban on using Leads for unwanted mailings.
  11. Sanctions compliance policy
    It is determined that the Platform operates in full compliance with the sanction regimes of the EU, USA, UK, and UN.
  12. AML/KYC policy
    Implements measures for customer identification, monitoring of operations, and refusal of service to customers from "high-risk" jurisdictions.
  13. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Policy
    It enforces target availability metrics (uptime, lead delivery speed), but with the caveat of "reasonable efforts" and limited liability.
  14. Legal disclaimer
    The company does not guarantee deals, profit growth, and conversion - the responsibility for the results lies with the Client.
  15. Politics for VIP clients
    Regulates the provision of premium conditions to large clients: personal manager, exclusive leads, extended limits, but only at the discretion of the Company.
