List of lead themes on the 1ADK platform

  • 1. General provisions

    1.1. This List of lead themes (hereinafter referred to as the "List") defines the categories and areas of activity for which the 1ADK platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), managed by the limited liability company SIA "FinMV" (registration number 40203378371, legal address: Vesetas iela 10–95, Rīga, LV-1013, Republic of Latvia) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), collects and transfers Leads to Clients.

    1.2. The list is an integral part of the User Agreement and Price List and is used when setting up filters by Clients in the Platform's personal account.

    1.3. The company reserves the right to make changes and additions to the List without prior notice to the Clients.

    5.2. Information about adding new topics is published in the Client's personal account and takes effect from the moment of publication.

  • 6. Final provisions

    6.1. This List shall enter into force upon its publication on the Platform.

    6.2. The client undertakes to independently track the current versions of the List.

    6.3. This list may be updated by the platform without prior notice.
