Price list of tariff plans of the 1ADK platform

  • 1. General provisions

    1.1. This Price List defines the cost and conditions for providing tariff plans and additional services offered through the 1ADK platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), managed by the limited liability company SIA "FinMV" (registration number 40203378371, legal address: Vesetas iela 10–95, Rīga, LV-1013, Republic of Latvia) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

    1.2. The price list is an integral part of the User Agreement and the Offer Agreement. Payment for services by the Client implies their agreement with the terms of this Price List.

    1.3. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) excluding value-added tax (VAT). VAT is charged additionally in cases provided by law.

  • 2. Tariff plans

    2.1. "Start" tariff plan

    • The subscription fee is 150 (one hundred fifty) US dollars per month.
    • The minimum bid for one Lead is 3 dollars and 50 cents USD.
    • Geography: Leads are provided for specific countries and regions.
    • Filtering: carried out by topic and language of communication.
    • Lead delivery channels: email.
    • Substitutions: up to 5 percent of the monthly budget is allowed.

    2.2. "Pro" tariff plan

    • The subscription fee is 500 (five hundred) US dollars per month.
    • The minimum bid for one Lead is 3 US dollars.
    • Geography: Leads are provided by countries and regions.
    • Filtering: is carried out by topic, language of communication, keywords, and stop words.
    • Lead delivery channels: email and Telegram messenger.
    • Substitutions: up to 10 percent of the monthly budget is allowed.

    2.3. "Business" tariff plan

    • The subscription fee is 1000 (one thousand) US dollars per month.
    • The minimum bid for one Lead is $2.50 USD.
    • Geography: Leads are provided by countries and regions.
    • Filtering: is carried out based on the topic, language of communication, keywords, and stop words, as well as using intelligent filtering based on artificial intelligence algorithms.
    • Lead delivery channels: email, Telegram messenger, and application programming interface (API).
    • Substitutions: up to 15 percent of the monthly budget is allowed.

    2.4. "Enterprise" tariff plan

    • The subscription fee is set individually, starting from 2500 (two thousand five hundred) US dollars per month.
    • The minimum bid for one Lead is 2 US dollars.
    • All features of the "Business" tariff plan are available.
    • Additionally, access to validated leads is provided (with a preliminary check of contact information through phone calls and emails).
    • Custom integrations are available (REST, SOAP, ESB, DB Link, Webhooks).
    • The client is provided with a personal manager.
    • Substitutions: up to 20 percent of the monthly budget is allowed.

    2.5. "Market Maker" tariff plan

    • The subscription fee is set individually, starting from 5000 (five thousand) US dollars per month.
    • The terms of providing leads are determined based on a separate agreement with the Client.
    • The client receives exclusivity for a specific region or country.
    • The client is given the right to buy back all unclaimed Leads with an individual discount of up to 30 percent.
    • Custom integrations and advanced level of support are provided.
    • Substitutions: up to 25 percent of the monthly budget is allowed.
  • 3. Additional services

    3.1. In addition to the tariff plans, the Client can purchase individual options to expand the capabilities of the Platform, including but not limited to: custom integrations with the Client's internal systems; personalized reports and analytics; exclusive testing of new Lead themes.

    3.2. The cost of additional services is determined individually and specified in the invoice issued by the Company.

  • 4. Final provisions

    4.1. The company reserves the right to unilaterally change the cost of tariff plans and the list of available services.

    4.2. The current version of the Price List is published on the Platform and comes into effect upon its posting.

    4.3. The client undertakes to independently track the current version of the Price List on the Platform.
