1. General provisions

1.1. This Legal Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as the "Disclaimer") sets the limits of liability of the limited liability company SIA "FinMV" (registration number: 40203378371, legal address: Vesetas iela 10–95, Rīga, LV-1013, Republic of Latvia) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding the services provided through the 1ADK platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

1.2. The disclaimer is an integral part of the User Agreement, Offer Agreement, and other legal documents of the Platform.

2. The nature of services provided

2.1. The platform provides clients with contact information of potential customers ("leads") collected using its own tools and partner network.

2.2. The company does not provide services for concluding transactions, selling goods, or providing services to the Authors of Leads, nor does it act as an agent or intermediary for the Client.

2.3. The company acts as a technical intermediary, ensuring the transmission of information from Lead Authors to Clients.

3. Lack of result guarantees

3.1. The company does not guarantee that the leads obtained will result in transactions, increased profits, or other commercial outcomes.

3.2. The effectiveness of working with leads depends solely on the actions and strategy of the Client, including the quality of communication with Lead Authors, the professionalism of the Client's staff, the competitiveness of the products and services offered, as well as market conditions.

3.3. The company is not responsible for Authors' Leads refusal to cooperate, non-conversion of leads, or negative customer experience with leads.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. The company is responsible solely for delivering Leads in accordance with the terms of the selected tariff and the Client's filters.

4.2. The Company's total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the last month of Platform usage.

4.3. The company is not responsible for: lost profits or indirect losses of the Client; errors and omissions in communication between the Client and the Lead Author; any expenses incurred by the Client in connection with unsuccessful negotiations or refusals of Lead Authors.

5. Applicable law

5.1. This Disclaimer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the law of the European Union.
